1.Purpose
This document sets out, in a single reference table, what information held within the National Vehicle Service Register is public, what is available only to the vehicle owner, and what is available only to the publishing workshop or NVSR administrators.
It complements the Privacy & Data Protection Policy (NVSR-GDPR-001) and the Record Integrity Standard.

A dash (—) indicates that the information is not available at that visibility level. Sharing a certificate link is an owner-controlled action.
3.Boundaries
NVSR maintains a clear separation between public register content, owner-controlled information and workshop-restricted verification material. These boundaries are enforced by role-based access controls, database-level policies and audit logging.
